Hi ! can anyone tell me what the actual measurement is for the Seawind Yacht from the top of the deck to the bottom of the boat is without the keel or the rudder on the boat.I would like to know this so I can measure it up for a carry box to fit in my car,if it won't fit I won't buy one,with thanks EAN B.

Hi Ean,
Welcome to the WVRCM Forum! The depth of the SeaWind hull from top of deck to hull base without keel fin or rudder is just under 4 inches. However the fake winches, especially the one to which the main sheet fairlead bridle is attached stick up higher as do the steering wheels and their mounting posts. The wheels themselves can easily be removed for transport by removing a single screw in each. This is a good idea as they are somewhat fragile anyway. The posts and biggest winch stick up above the deck about 3/4". So if you allow say 5 inches clearance you will cover everything.
