Mike, what is this "Thread" you refer to in the WVRCM web site ? How do I find it in the Forum and use it ? Nick De Angelis

Nick, I looked back at all the postings to see what you were referring to. I see Rowland mentioned starting a new "thread" for each event. This is just a term referring to each new topic to which the string of replies are attached forming a "thread" of communication about one topic. Starting a new topic starts a new "thread". You just started one!
Glad to see you using the Forum to communicate. As skippers get used to it, it forms a real easy way to communicate among memebrs so that others can also see what is being said and can join in any time they want. Other clubs, such as the Les lacs Club in Dallas that use this type of forum system gradually evolve into an easy way to keep up to date on Club affairs and activities. Mike
